Since opened their doors in October of 1998 the emblematic and renovated "Café de Oriente" (Coffee of East) has become something more than a relating of the gastronomy from Madrid: it is an unique space of enjoyment, tasting and formation, their creator's dream, D.Luis Lezama - Estudio Tres and Andy Thornton were their most narrow collaborators.
