he Henry J. Bean’s Cocktail Bar & Grill Restaurant is a franchisee of the My Kinda Town group. Estudio Tres has carried out 2 installations in Spain, one located in the Viapol Building in Seville to which they belong the above pictures and another in the Commercial Centre - GRAN CASA in Zaragoza. 

They have an average surface built of 500 m2 (square metres) set in a North American atmosphere. They have a bar area with tables and high stools where they are served all kinds of Cocktails, as well, likewise, it has a wide area for the Tex - Mex food restaurant.

The Seville installation consists of 2 floors, the superior at street level is where the bar is located enabling the area as a "Pub". Descending through the stairs you entrance to the lowest floor-ground where the restaurant, the public toilets, the kitchen and private areas are located; as well as, an access to the terrace located in the interior court of the building.
